The caution, for the reasons you state, is legitimate.
I am willing to give this one a chance to prove they are different based on the technologies, patents and all I can find on the resume's, character, previous successes etc of those involved, through accessible public information.
I am also watching to see when and how actions are lining up with talk.
I am very willing to do that, as I cannot think of an OTC, let alone a Nasdaq, company that has become a major success without overcoming obstacles and suffering setbacks. Growth in any company is not a consistent continuum. There are many pieces here that suggest success is possible. EGYF is entering the phase of needing to see those pieces start coming together.
