It's hard to know what is actually happening there in your communication but I see the same thing you see. The change in the pattern seems significant to me.
There are a number of small-ish signs over the past few months that seem to be adding up to create a positive outlook for MJ2
A big-ish sign is the ongoing investment in the company by the two "angels" that are funding all of this. Buying through DSPP would seem to enable the company to share more info with them than if they were buying on the open market. Sometimes big money is stupid. Usually it is not.
Thank you for sharing mrbojangle! An application already submitted makes sense if Zion is to announce a discovery just before the annual meeting. Submission of the application does not mean they have a discovery, but approval of the application by the Energy Ministry issuing a Production Lease. It will take some time for the Energy Ministry to review the application, ask for more data/clarification, etc.
