Really? NILE is nearly done with dilution! Based on what? How many shares are left 10 million, 100 million? How much money have they gathered up? I think you’re wrong. I’m guessing they still have another 10 to 20+ million dollars to raise. Maybe a lot more. Please enlighten us on how much is left and how you figured it out.
