4th Quarter 2022 per Benzinga Interview...

2:15:44
this april which is coming up in a matter of days we're going to submit an amended our new application to the
2:15:50
united states department of energy and then we will be visiting uh capitol hill and we will be pushing
2:15:56
that initiative and we believe we can get to what we call a substantially complete application which
2:16:02
means that the united states department of energy is obligated to go on the road with us to raise the additional capital
2:16:08
we need in order to fulfill our entire plan which is building out 1.3 million
2:16:14
of additional square footage of body shop paint shop and expanded general assembly at our current facility
2:16:21
which is 100 acres in tunica mississippi so we're going to expand that in multiple phases
2:16:27
that plan we believe will will get to a substantially complete by june
2:16:33
then we would get to what they call conditional uh commitment for funding which we believe
2:16:39
will be in the fourth quarter which means that's the united states treasury when they fund

2:16:44
and so from that perspective um we've been working on this for quite some time it started back in 19 and it continues

IF they meet the financial requirements which IMO they currently do not it would likely be end of 2022 or even into 2023 before that loan closes.

- Applicant must provide reasonable prospect of repayment
- In addition applicant must demonstrate that it has sufficient funds to carry out the project and not dependent on other federal support

FYI- Since the start of this program only five companies have received this loan out of hundreds of applicants. Tesla, Nissan, Ford, Fisker and the Vehicle Production Group. Fisker and VPG have defaulted on their loans while Tesla and Nissan have paid back in full.

I wouldn’t count on it. Just another straw to grasp and hold on to while company dilutes you to death. Be warned and wary!
