Definately not Frosty...as I read the decision...the final paragraph clearly states,that although some of the prior decision (in Apples favor) were upheld..it remanded some back to lower courts...meaning still hope....granted it's a David vs. Goliath...but the case was not decided solely,100% in Apples favor..it even disagreed with Apple in 1 of the paragraphs..I enclosed a link to the decision:
