We’ll see how interested Dale is in keeping those options in the money.

Dale can't sell his options so temporarily raising the share price on May 20th won't help him. It would screw over the call sellers and put buyers and benefit other HGEN investors but Dale wouldn't individually benefit without the ability to sell anything.
