Problem was, FINRA informed George "The NFT company" wasn't specific enough, there were too many other companies that moniker could be mistaken as referring to, and FINRA does not allow "placeholder" names.


Of really? Nothing had been submitted to FINRA when that first name change happened. So that is flat out wrong.



Thank god we will find out soon enough to end all this ridiculous speculation.
Although George will probably drag this play out as long as he can before he even names the merger candidate.

There isn't anyway that WAX is going to merge or become involved with Sharp/GOFF in anyway - GOFF is a hijacked shell and I have never seen a real company merge with a hijacked shell.

I just wrote WAX and asked if they had heard of GOFF or Sharp and if they were going to merge with GOFF/Sharp.

I will see if they reply.

But I guarantee that WAX will never merge with GOFF because it doesn't have anything to offer WAX.

This is just more pinkyland wishful thinking.

Sharp is just like Foote - they try to catch every trend But they never have the expertise to contribute anything.

Sharp is late for the NFT party.

WAX would never touch a hijacked shell.

GOFF is a empty shell that is Sharp's personal ATM.

The name change had to be tied directly to a corporate action, FINRA said and If that corporate action was a merger, and that's why you're name changing, then the name change "must match" the name of the incoming merger asset.
