Is it possible that there is a lack of understanding here due to the lack of announcements or clarity regarding the direction of the company? You know what's going on and where it is headed but many here are in the dark after the loss with the patent lawsuit.
Not trying to be critical here, just a suggestion. Effective leaders generally have good communication skills.
Now might be the time for leadership (not a paid puff piece by some tech periodical or journalist) to provide a vision and some detail as to the path forward.
It may also be helpful to provide an explanation and/or some guidance as to what happened with the patent lawsuit so some folks here could have closure and decide if they want to go along for the new ride.
