FRD($9.42) says the transaction "more than doubles the size of Friedman" on page 2 of this deal slide deck...so, that's impressive. I'm wary like you given that these guys were all-in on money-losing hedges when their business was the best it's ever been. Now, with this acquisition, it seems like they're all-in in the opposite direction...hmmm....
