We are just waiting for the Attorney's Letter.
That is based on the files uploaded from my experience.

Also, Davis Woods has told many that have called it'll be the end of this week or the middle of next we'll see the Attorney Letter.
Some folks that have had the pleasure to talk with Russell Smith have also said Attorney Letter coming.
A recent board meeting of which we don't know the outcome was in regards to the Attorney Letter.

So as I said we are in wait mode for the Attorney Letter.
All this will happen prior to or after the court case against a said poster is complete.

JV is moving right along, all option payments on the Ruby are up to date. Filings have lots of info if shareholders read them.
