Agreed and I’ve sent over 100 emails over the last year telling them that they need better communication skills and more follow up news on major events. They have addressed the issue in emails but as of yet they haven’t resolved it but It’s my opinion we’re in for a sudden turnaround with 6 to 8 news events between mid May and mid June . So everyone knows I’ve only got two email responses in the last 4 weeks .
