It simply does not make sense to me that Eric, who does not have a very successful company, would align himself with another company that may or may not be a success.

What experience does Eric have in aligning himself up with other companies.

The last one the owners of that business Supreme Sweets, someone started a blog about them that is not too flattering.

GestureTek certainly was/is a success in the technology/products they developed but not a financial success at the end. So the question is, how is Eric going to make it one, at lest its a question I ask.

I am not there yet. Never have I said its not possible, but I am concerned at this point.

I was able to confirm that GestureTek Health Inc is a separate corporation that is listed as active. I can't say though how accurate that is. Its an online report and not sure how & when it gets updated. Will try to find out. GestureTek Systems Inc is listed as Inactive/Cancelled. So I will assume those deliveries were made under GestureTek Health Inc.?

However I am still not sure how GestureTek Health Inc fits if it does, into the Gesturetek Systems Inc Bankruptcy.

Not sure why the stock did not move with the announcement when the name of the tech company was revealed. I thought it would.

As I said before, I think Vincent gave it up because the alternative was a shutdown and complete loss of anything unless he could carry on with GestureTek Health Inc. His main company holding the assets, IP as I understood it, was Bankrupt.

For what its worth this was not a voluntary bankruptcy, the Bank, RBC, petitioned the Bankruptcy. That I assume was Eric's way of saying it lost its line of credit. Is that misleading ?

Winning Brands is acquiring valuable intellectual property, as well as physical assets, personnel and goodwill of a technology company in North America that was put into trusteeship when a bank withdrew a line of credit in a manner that created a domino effect
