Looks like SDRC retired a significant amount of shares. Outstanding share count just dropped by 18,255,170 shares.
With the exception of 200,000 shares, all those retired were restricted shares.

There are still alot of Dead Shares dated back to the early 1900's. Those to will be retired once retrieved.
