SOP goes something like this: A disgruntled government official (Capuano, for example) brings up the travesty of justice that is the F&F debacle, a few eyebrows are raised, and then it's quickly forgotten. Occasionally, a media person brings it up (Bartiroma, for example), eyebrows are raised, and then it's quickly forgotten. Over and over and over this happens and absolutely no progress is made in correcting the wrongs.
