Is that the case here? If I go to walmart and buy 10,000 chocolate bars, repackage them and sell them as EloisBARS, THAT DOES NOT MAKE ME A MANUFACTURER!

Buying even cheaper chocolate bars in China, DOESN'T MAKE ME A MANUFACTURER!
