Musk is NOT the new owner yet. Not until the shareholders agree and the buyout financing happens. The deadline is Sept/Oct 2022.
Also couldn't Elon Musk still just buy 51% of outstanding shares and then do whatever he wants with Twitter. Wouldn't that be the cheaper way to go?
