Hi Mike,
My take is why are current filings missing from their reported SEC filings.
They do keep their website up to date.
I guess I say this because it seems that they have to keep refiling. I have owned the stock a year.
It seems like they keep refiling with the SEC.
How current are the actual filings that have not been rescinded.?
I believe them reporting so much Goodwill as an asset has been a problem.
