That's why he is Always Red. LOL He is correct as long as central banks have control with paper they will never ever let the price of silver go up.
With that said myself and many others here believe they will eventually lose control of the paper markets and the Dollar. That's when we will all have our day with Silver.
Silver is not an investment to try and make money off of like the stock market. I learned that a long-time ago. I just save in Silver verses Dollars.
