Deitsch has Billions of shares from the fake loans he has made to the company.

The O/S is 6,807,239,773 shares - that is a great deal of inertia to overcome for the price to move - and the history of the price is that it has been in trips the majority of the time.

Plus, the SEC complaint hasn't been adjudicated.
