WiseYoda, those are large amounts.
If properly vetted, then those entities were not in for the quick buck. I assume one of them is Donald Ellis who holds over 5% of the stock. I believe it was his investment that allowed Zion to buy their rig. Who the other entity is, I do not know.
One thing to consider is that those two entities, when you look at the time frame when they made their investments, were not able to sell at a profit over that time frame. The stock has been on a steady downward trajectory. A look at the chart will show that there has not been an opportunity for them to sell at a profit.
One can only assume at this point, that those two entities are in it to win it and may even have some form of insider knowledge under a full non-disclosure as to the possible commercial quality of the MJ02. That's how I see their investment as a possible game changer.
