I would be ecstatic if they even raise 250 million. That should give us five plus a share. A Reverse Merger would be a dream come true. It could happen. I am following another company with the same scenario . It has taking almost a year and they are still not complete for a R.M. I feel Falak underestimated the corruption and bureaucracy in Albania. Time will tell but I still believe they will come thru at the last minute. They have filed this way for years. Too much opportunity to throw away. They don't care about us because they own 85 plus % of the company thru LTD's and management themselves.
