current admin has NOT hamstringed Exxon or others...that's what I don't understand why there is so much misimformation about this...if a producer turns off their pumps because of economic reasons, they should have a plan of re-starting the pumps, they don't need permission from the govt that gave them permission in the first place...oil is in control and refuse to pump...they make more $$$ NOT pumping...doesn't that make sense???
