Eventually they will probably get LLBO current. You'd think. How hard can it be? Unless Holmes simply doesn't have the books to turn over because he never kept books -- pink sheet OTC financial statements are unaudited.
Holmes hasn't filed an Attorney Letter since May 2018, for the 2017 Annual Financial Statement. We'd like to think that the Attorney actually reviewed the Intellectual Property Asset Option Agreement and the share structure at that time. And not much has changed at LLBO since then, so what's the problem? If Holmes had accounting records for the corporation at the end of 2017, the auditors should be able to finish the audit, and Acropolis should be able to file a Form 10 for the shell. I mean really.
