Actually it’s pretty simple

They are happy with the data from the first horse so now they are opening it up for everyone.

People that do have the money and or insurance will travel across the country to treat their horses even the ones that don’t have money. Horse people are on a different level than regular dog and cat owners. These animals live to be 25 plus yrs old. Most owners build a special bond with their horses that are beyond comprehension.
