Ummm no. There are ZERO companies on the Nasdaq with 20 billion shares out standing. Zero, and only 1 (Apple) with over 10 billion.

You also have to find two market makers to sponsor you and give them shares and some how get an 8 billion float to over $3+

So again, logic and education is key.
