in fact not even our basher friends Janice & Jim said that..their contention was that they doubted that a MM would file a form.. but I think it's clear that the interest in the stock will dictate who will chose to file.. and the interest here is HIGH!
Matrix is absolutely right. The MMs could care less whether a small group of people on IHub or any other message board is "interested" in the stock. What they care about is reliable numbers and accurate information. Any MM who signs off on a Form 211 is accepting considerable liability. There are thousands of stocks out there. Why take the risk?
In addition, the Form 211 needs to be approved by the NASD. That can take time.
