But as a realist you do understand that they will more than likely have to do a RS to jump to Nasdaq. Even if we get to $1.00 organically, they will need a 6/1 RS to safely bring the share price over the $4.00 minimum.
If they list on Nasdaq, and if they actually achieve $100,000,000 in revenue in 2022 with $15,000,000 profit, a simple P/E calculation using 100,000,000 shares (30,000,000 more than current) outstanding puts the share price at $3.30 pre RS using the current P/Earnings NTM Nasdaq mean multiple of 22.00.
That would make getting on Nasdaq worth a RS! Institutions can buy the shares plus much less manipulation.
