Is this good or bad news

It's good news in the fact that production is progressing.
It's frustrating news that it lacks crucial detail.
10 times from what starting point?
Full factory output by quarter 2 of 2023 without factory known limits.
My opinion.... it wont do anything significant to the share price because of significant details that leave investors guessing.

Good in that the company is still alive but bad as still no production numbers are
announced. Testing will be never ending but investors are still waiting for
commercial quantity to be announced. Have they yet to receive any revenue for
their production or still just samples?
