Some people claim that aquisitions can be good or bad for a business.

A company that filed for Bankruptcy is not making millions of dollars. They are not making anything. They are insolvent and can not pay their bills and seek Court protection from paying them.

According to you, and without supplying evidence they made millions in the past & therefore are worth millions & therefore Eric should be paying millions for it Right? But as he said he is paying pennies on the dollar because that is what it's worth now.

You can speculate that Eric with no cash flow, who has trouble paying his loans without defaulting, will now turn this into to millions because your going to lend him a mil or two ( right ? ) but myself I remain on hold.

We're you not one who said this would sky rocket when the identity was revealed? Now it's when everything settles. Well maybe, maybe not.
