You are correct. And yet you must also know that the A/S could be increased the same day as the A-1s get converted.

Far more importantly, shareholders should understand that the 700M O/S is only 1/5 of the company (the A-1s being the rest). So, even if one person bought up the entire O/S, they would still only own 1/5 of the company.

The bigger issues still are the rescissions and their use of legal settlements to issue free-trading shares. Those can be real rally-killers.

I do think this will go up. I'd just feel better about the idea of buying if I was buying at 0007.
