True That that Stinky Pinkies have different reporting rulz,

Look at the disclosure where NSAV simply sez they will issue $39M of series B at some point.

I'm kinda scratching my head as to how that's legal but I reckon the OTC is happy with it.

But I've also read where sum pumper claimed NSAV wasn't really gunna issue those shares so I reckon that's a moot point ...
