Um no they issued a press release and SEC filings the end of last year and the same filing this year. The filing reads they are selling $220 million in shares to raise capitol. Last filing shows us they moved $140 million give orate which left $80 million to go as of April 11th. Now we are 16 days later and have had some large volume days of dilution. So I suspect we have about one more week and OS will be near 450 million when the 10Q comes in couple weeks. NILE
