Q1: Based on the information at the following link and the fact that CELZ is already publicly offered on NASDAQ, what are some likely purposes of them filing this now? Changing to a new ticker? Acquiring/being acquired? Finally going to offer details on their biz plan/rev streams/etc?

If not and if they intend to offer additional shares for sale (as often with S-1), would that information not need to be contained in this form as filed?
