He’s wiping out current shareholders and starting new. That’s the reason for such a large reverse split.

Also notice this is still a non reporting shell.

There is. AB is reverse merging his operation into the publicly traded ticker, but he is not going to just bring in assets, capital and actual businesses and just gift anything to the current SFIN shareholders. This is how reverse mergers work and the current holders of the worthless dormant shell rarely end up with much of anything. The RS and simultaneous post-reverse-split issuance of the 150 Million shares to AB is how he gets paid for merging everything in as he will then own 99.7%+ of the newly capitalized entity. The remaining 400,000 post-RS shares will not have much, if any, value to them.
