Yes the price is 54.20. It will trade until all the details are ironed out and money is transferred to your account closing out the deal.
There is ~28 million shorts right now that need be converted before closing and that might take awhile.
Today it appears that those shorts have shorted again trying to drive the price down and lessen they blood but just buy whatever you can as you will make the ~4.00 spread at the price it is right now of ~50.30
