Where are the court filings to resolve the preferred shares?
Where are the SEC filings?
Where are the FINRA filings?
Where are the Nevada Secretary of State filings?
Where are the OTC Markets filings?
Where are the financial filings?
Were is the Form 10 filing?

GVSI isn't registered with FINRA, the SEC, Nevada SOS, OTC Markets, has no current financials, no approved Form 10, no court date to take care of its long list of problems, its stuck in expert market with no plans to get out, its price is .0095 and sinking.

It has been a year since GVSI has had any meaningful updates or filings in court, the SEC, FINRA, Nevada SOS, OTC Markets, has no current financials. The Form 10 was NEVER resubmitted for SEC approval so its stock is not registered with the SEC so its stock is pretty much worthless az ir's stuck in expert market with no plans to get out.

If there are no filings that means NOTHING is getting done and nobody is working on it.

Its possible you didn't understand my post- which was directed at the poster about a SPECIFIC post that was "evidence" that GS was working on GVSI. My disagreement was about THAT post being evidence, NOT a claim that GS is not working on it. I have shared more than once that I think he is doing what he can but not as successfully as he anticipated.
