microcaps, don't believe they are being deceptive

I think they have to rationalize at a high level to actually convince themselves that they should take so many options for a job, that to date, is poorly done.

They've diluted the value of the long term shareholder through an unmanaged DSPP. Then they have somehow convinced themselves to continue dilution by issuing themselves ~9M options.

I'm all for people getting rewarded for a job well done, but to reward yourself purely from the investments of others without regard to the impact is a low standard. For 20 years everyone at Zion has lived off the long term shareholder, yet somehow, without realizing $.01 in income, they awarded themselves cars, phones, options.

This is not deception, it's something altogether different. Something I do not understand, nor would I participate with them.

Matthew 23 comes to mind. They see us as a source of income, and reward themselves for their failures. Like a brood of vipers, they continue to justify their taking from our investment.
