Much more dignified and signaling self-respect than a "Forgive us Master. Its all that CEO's fault!" (I would not have been surprised if it had more of that flavor.)

They are still trying to avoid putting someone in front of a camera to say the same things and throw NP under the bus and drag him by chains afterward. He deserves it for sure. Let’s see if the letter fully satisfies the FDA.
