They are very insignificant to what WNBD is doing, and if you look in the OTC almost any company can get a lawsuit. It is not up to me or you to determine who is right in the matter.

They are relevant to potential investors because Eric defaulted on the loans to the point the lenders had to retain lawyers and file actions.

You say its not up to you or me to determine who is right in the matter. In one lawsuit the Court made a determination against Eric and said he engage in Fraudulent Misrepresentations and deceived that lender knowingly in lending more loans.

It might not matter to some potential new lenders while it might to others.
