An 8k isn't required to do a RS. Hell,I've seen reverse splits granted to POS "Expert Market" tickers who haven't reported any financials,share structure updates or anything in years. The pps is down almost 50% since the split and they usually just keep dropping which explains the selling off.
Something very strange here too,the "D" has been on this ticker now for seven weeks,usually they come off in four weeks or less.
