What is it that you do not understand about the operation of a HOLDING COMPANY?
MONI is a Aquistion Entity.
Bitgift trademark was duly acquired.Now it is being moved into a corporation, likely a wholly owned subsidiary under MONI as it should be, because, well that's how a holding company works.
If you have proof of your accusations of a scam, please provide it.
If you have evidence of wrongdoing, illegal actions or filings , please provide them. If you I will consider this no more than you unsubstantiated opinion not based in fact.
