Maybe so but QMC is definitely a scam built upon a series of elaborate bait and switch contracts and deals with no real intention of actually doing business dating back to a phony quantum dot solar cell factory in Jeddah City in 2010. It has been and is nothing but a cash grab for a few con artists. The intention to deceive is underscored by the fact no one has ever seen any of the glorious claimed products until the insipid simpleton HealthID product.
Any development must be viewed with extreme suspicion and one's hand clutched tightly to one's wallet.
