Money is coming from dilution and/or toxic debt, (shareholder dime) unless you think there are revenues. But if there were revenues why isn't the company relisted? And why the need to bypass shareholder approval? Why the desire to delist in the first place? If there is money to travel, why isn't the company spending a few dollars on filing? Why the history of bait and switch contracts like Pasaca, Assam, Jeddah City, etc. all of which were defaulted upon immediately like they were never intended to be in effect? Think about those answers and it becomes clearer with regard to the maneuvering that is going on in darkness..
