I did use both 100 and 1,000 in a prior post. If you run the numbers the point is the same. A 100 reverse would yield 9,750,000 outstanding compared to 1b authorized verses a 1,000 reverse which would yield to 975,000 outstanding compared to a 1b authorized.

There really isn’t much different when it comes to the remaining authorized available - 999m or 991m - no need to argue over 8-9m shares when you are talking about just under a billion authorized. It’s the 1b not being split, not the 100 or 1,000 split potential.


Again, no split has been acted upon that I know of - and I sure hope one doesn’t happen.
