Vacation like Italy. There is a reason shareholders are in the dark and it isn't because they are making out. If anything is happening, you can be sure new owners are brought in, and controlling it, with shareholders diluted out of the picture.to give the new partners the piece they want. And no, it won't be anything like the bait and switch Pasaca deal was supposed to be.

If anything going on benefited shareholders,, the S-1 would have been filed eons ago. Shareholders were taken out of the picture the day Skwyerz agreed to delist. An exclamation point was put on that when the BOD voted to bypass shareholder approval. Anyone with common sense can figure out why shareholder approval was bypassed. Even the most ardent Kong would not have gone along with what is taking place it they knew the details.

The complete lack of regular updates from this company is almost as inexcusable as the complete failure of corporate governance that led to the delisting.
