I agree. My question is whether there might be another option for obtaining financing for company operations, whatever they may include??

You imply they did find other options for 2 other projects they started.

Note: SNPW must have found some equipment financing already based on pictures they posted on Twitter.

I think by the end of the day a reverse will NOT happen just as last time.

Nick has been able to find ways to get these deals done without diluting shares so I expect that looking back at the history he will or already has that lined out without dilution.

No worries here.
