Imbimbo did NOT give away his shares. He gave up his director and counseling pisitions for $83k, and his shares became vested, which means they are unlocked without restrictions on buying or selling.

It had on major spike after (dead cat bounce) and went on to fall apart and turn into this current mess (Unraveled).
I wouldn’t expect as much of a bounce, but
