If this QUARTER is under 2m, I would be amazed. That's a huge difference from struggling along on 500k in revenue every four months...not including the costs of that revenue. In that situation, it's very difficult to avoid toxic financing.

Company has always had revenue. In 2012-14 they did over $2m/year in revenue without acquiring other companies.

In Q4, they did 6m WITH other acquired companies. What does it matter whether Berigo or another company they own did the revenue? They own them. It's all $BRGO revenue.
