Tim I have been through this. Those shares started hitting the market around the first or March. All of those eod avg trades you saw right before the close?
That was the 34 M new dilutive shares being sold. I posted about this many times saying it was dilution. But remember thou who shall not be named and others said it was not dilution but rather "accumulation" by the Powers that Be. I lol'd at that but it turns out I was 100% right. It was 34 M shares worth of dilution. Of course thou who shall not be named....who said I was crazy for saying it was dilution....is now saying it was dilution!
Anyway....the point is the dilution was easy to see because the MMs transacted the eod avg share trades EVERY DAY for about a month and a half. Those eod avg trades were the dilution in case I have to say it again. The ONLY times MM's do that sort of thing is when dilution is hitting.
However...those eod avg trades that we saw for 45 days or so ended last week and have not returned. There is no dilution happening TODAY/NOW/THIS MOMENT.
Can there be in the future? Yes. Is it happening now? No.
I just explained in a prior post that the sells we are seeing now are the peeps who got in for the pre earnings run and who bought the day the PR of the Q was released. About 58 M shares were traded during that time. Of which I am guessing at least a third have dumped the past 2 days. Maybe more.
