WHAT THE HELL... Paying off with HPIL shares? How the heck does that work?

Two of them actually, one is already lost in court. The other he is paying off with HPIL shares for some reason.

Seems illegal to me but hey, it is Stephen Brown doing it, soooo....not surprising, is it.

He does have a LONGGG list of lawsuits against him, with lots of judgments.

No wonder he keeps changing countries...
